While not what I originally intended to be my genius hour product as explained in my final blog post and my TED talk, I am still quite pleased with the final product. This is a poster (a screenshot of a poster I created online) that can be used in any classroom where writing and reading take place. It acts as an introduction to understanding why and how we read specific styles of writing and the different meanings that writers intend. It is simplified to be suited in any classroom and intended to be expanded upon within the classrooms!
